My vote for music that says something to teenagers in their own language would be the Arctic Monkeys. A band that clearly understands how to use the Internet, that play music I can understand, but write songs that seem to come from their own experience of being teenagers. Play the pupils you teach Riot Van and see if they can relate to the experience that’s descibed in the song.
